Hetal Chheda is the founder of Unbox Jalso, a Mumbai-based supper club celebrating regional Gujarati cuisine through intimate, community-driven dining experiences. Prior to this, she successfully ran Not a Chef, a delivery kitchen that built a loyal following over nearly five years through nostalgic, home-style food.
Through Unbox Jalso, Hetal spotlights forgotten Gujarati recipes, heirloom dishes and the stories behind them while creating meaningful shared-table experiences that bring people together through food and conversation.
